Action Workforce are currently seeking 5x HR Truck Drivers for our client in Wingfield SA. Mon-Fri 6am to 4pm. Working In the waste industry.

About the role

• HR Truck Driving in the waste indusry (Side, Rear, Front or hook driving)
• Delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities
• Safely operate vehicles and equipment in line with company regulations, training, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of vehicle presentation, both inside and out.
• Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Operate the lifting equipment to safely complete loading and unloading duties for commercial and industrial waste

Qualifications & experience:

• Full Australian work rights
• Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence (Australia) or Class 4 Licence (New Zealand) as a minimum
• Experience with some kind of waste truck driving: side, rear, front or hook
• Physically fit with the ability to perform tasks such as pushing and pulling of bins
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Waste Industry experience is not essential
