Robert Half has exclusively partnered with a Logistics & Supply Chain company, who are in search of a talented Data Lead.

As a company they are critical to the State's economy, they offer a flat structure, and a very warm and hospitable working culture.

This will be a hands-on role, so we need a leader who still likes to roll their sleeves up and get stuck into the data themselves.

Skill set / Experience required:

• Experience working in the Supply Chain / Logistics domain (beneficial)
• Proven experience leading a small, high performing BI team
• Experienced working with the MS BI stack - SQL, Azure, Synapse, Power BI, DAX
• The ability to develop advanced Power BI models and dashboards for operational, financial, sustainability, and commercial reporting
• Experience of automation of data models and reporting
• A thought leader when it comes to Data Quality & Governance
• The experience to implement and maintain a Data Strategy / Data Roadmap
• Experienced managing budgets
• Vendor management expertise
• Demonstrable experience of identifying areas of improvement when it comes to reporting efficiencies
• The ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions via data
• Excellent communication skills - the ability to manage expectations & influence senior leaders

The company offers a flexible workplace, with a 3 day in office / 2 day WFH policy.

Note - it is a requirement you can drive and have your own vehicle.
