Join our caring and professional team at Improving Lives, a trusted Aged Care and NDIS provider based in Adelaide. We are expanding our services and are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to help our clients live independently and with dignity in their own homes and community.

About the Role

• Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and companionship

• Support clients with transport to appointments, shopping, and community activities

• Follow individual care plans to ensure quality, person-centred care

• Promote health, safety, and wellbeing for each client

• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team

About You

We’re looking for people who are:

Empathetic, patient, and committed to improving lives

Experienced in aged care or disability support (preferred but not essential)

Hold or willing to obtain:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability)

- Current Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

- Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
