About the Roles We’re hiring for two senior contract positions:

• Lead Front-End Developer (React)
• Lead .NET Developer

These are hands-on leadership roles where you’ll guide a Sydney-based development team and collaborate with offshore teams. You’ll be responsible for code quality, delivery, and technical direction across key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a local development team
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Oversee and contribute to code reviews and pull requests
• Drive best practices in software development and architecture
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

What You’ll Bring
