Are you a highly skilled plumber ready for the next step in your career?
We’re looking for a Senior Maintenance Plumber to join our team in a hybrid position — where you’ll spend part of your week on the tools and part in the office helping oversee jobs, quotes, and client communication.

About the Role

This is not your typical plumbing job. You’ll combine your field expertise with leadership and coordination responsibilities.
Your week will include:

Hands-on maintenance work across residential and apartment complexes

Coordinating jobs, quoting, and supporting the office team

Mentoring younger plumbers and ensuring quality control

Liaising with strata, real estate, and commercial clients

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ plumbing experience (maintenance focused)

Experience working in apartment complexes, body corporates, and real estate maintenance

GAS licence – essential

Current plumbing licence and manual driver’s licence

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Confident communicator and team player
