About the Role

RN-1 We are looking for compassionate and committed Registered Nurses who are ready to take the next step in their mental health nursing journey. In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver holistic, person-centred care to individuals in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. As part of SA Health, you’ll work within the framework of the National Mental Health Policy and Standards, helping consumers achieve their recovery goals through direct care, case management, education, and group work. You’ll be supported by experienced Level 2/3 Mental Health Nurses as you consolidate your skills and build professional capability, while also taking ownership of your practice and contributing to a collaborative, values-driven team. This is your opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives while growing in a role that values compassion, integrity, and continuous learning.

RN-2 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse (CN) to join our dynamic mental health team within the Mental Health Clinical Program (MHCP). This is a fulfilling, hands-on role where your well-developed clinical expertise and leadership will support high-quality, recovery-focused care across a range of settings. As a CN, you’ll deliver comprehensive nursing care and individual case management, while also guiding and mentoring less experienced staff. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to education, group work, and counselling, as well as lead or support projects aligned with MHCP priorities, such as developing clinical guidelines or protocols. Working within the framework of the National Mental Health Policy and National Standards and aligned with SA Health’s vision and values. You will collaborate with a broad network of professionals and organisations to achieve the best outcomes for consumers. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow and thrive in your mental health nursing career.
