At Transgrid, our work improves the lives of millions - from lighting up sports fields, schools and homes, to powering the wheels of commerce and everything else in between. Now it's your turn to make it happen.
This is an exciting time in the energy industry with the transition to renewable energy. Recent government policy documents outline plans to facilitate increasing transmission interconnection between states and development of renewable energy zones.
The Opportunity
In your new role, you will be part of a dynamic Supply Chain team, supporting warehouse operations at our Eastern Creek site. You'll manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and ensure the smooth flow of parts and assets essential to maintaining our network infrastructure.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where practical thinking and initiative are key. Working with systems like Maximo and Jovix, you will collaborate with internal teams, lead stocktakes and help shape the future of our warehouse operations. If you're someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and making things happen, this is your chance to make a real impact.
About You
You are proactive, hands-on, and passionate about warehouse operations and will bring:
- Experience in warehouse operations, ideally within heavy industries or engineering environments
- Confidence using inventory systems such as Maximo and Jovix
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong organisational skills
- Comfort with manual handling and physical tasks
- A forklift license (truck license desirable)

About Transgrid
Every day TransGrid connects you to the electricity you use, 24/7. As the operator and manager of the main high voltage transmission network in NSW and the ACT, we connect generators, distributors and major end users to the electricity they need, when they need it.
At TransGrid, we keep you and your way of life connected. Our core role is to provide safe, reliable, sustainable and affordable transmission services to NSW, the ACT and the National Electricity Market.
We take this role seriously. While transmission is a small component of the electricity bill, around 7% for households and businesses, we do not believe that consumers should pay more than necessary for a reliable electricity supply. This keeps us honest. It is our responsibility to ensure we operate our business as efficiently as possible, to drive down costs and promote strong customer service.
