What You'll Do (in the most epic way possible):

- Wire, troubleshoot, install, and service domestic, commercial, solar, battery, and air conditioning systems with surgical precision.

- Thrive solo or marinate in a collaborative, high-energy team environment.

- Upsell practical, value-driven solutions that actually wow customers (no fear, just results).

- Mentor and train apprentices—you'll be the reason they know which wire is which and how to look good doing it.

- Think on your feet, problem-solve like a ninja, and deliver consistently world-class workmanship.

- Keep job sites pristine, document like a champ, and champion safety standards with swagger.

What We're Looking For (the solid, legendary crew member):

- Australian citizenship is required for this position.

- A rock-solid Electrician with a current QLD Electrical Licence (mandatory).

- Minimum 1-2 years of electrical experience is required.

- Bonus level unlocked if you already hold Solar and Battery Licences, and Split System Installer qualification. (Cert 2)

- Comfortable across residential, commercial, and technical installs.

- Capable of smashing solo tasks and syncing up with a top-notch team.

- A customer-centric mindset with a natural knack for insightful upselling.

- Positive, adaptable, and a master communicator with a proactive attitude.

- Quick thinker who can troubleshoot on the fly and deliver jaw-dropping results.

Nice-to-Have (the cherry on top):

- Experience with solar installations, battery storage, and split-system air conditioning.

- Prior mentoring or leadership experience with apprentices.
