Welcome to St Francis College Outside School Hours Care!
Located conveniently on the grounds of St Francis College, we are deeply integrated into the school community and provide high-quality before school care, after school care, and vacation care to support our local families for 60 children since January 2021.
Our dedicated team is committed to delivering a play-based, engaging program that encourages every child to explore their interests, passions, and creativity. We believe in child-led learning, and our educators work closely with children to design experiences that reflect their ideas and preferences.
What we expect from you:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Plan, develop, and implement engaging, play-based educational programs that support children's learning and development.
- Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and school staff to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of educators to continuously improve the quality and outcomes of the service.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma in Children's Service/Early Childhood Education (ACECQA equivalent) and experience in OSHC or a similar field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Passion for creating a positive and enriching experience for children.
