Salary Range: $32.50 - $35.62 per hour pending experience + Super

Join our team as a School Officer- Assisting Student Learning- First Nations Education at Townsville Catholic Education's newest school!

We’re looking for passionate and dedicated School Officers- Assisting Student Learning to work in a Permanent, Term Time capacity of 27.5 hours per week.

In this role, you’ll nurture curiosity and a love of learning by providing hands-on support in the classroom, assisting students with their individual learning goals, and helping to create an inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment that values and respects First Nations histories, cultures, and perspectives. With patience, empathy, and understanding, you’ll build strong and trusting relationships with students—supporting their confidence, wellbeing, and sense of belonging as they learn and grow. You’ll work closely with teachers to monitor progress, celebrate achievements, and provide meaningful feedback that encourages every learner to thrive.
