We are seeking an experienced bartender with at least one year of experience to join our team. Located on the Marina Pier in Glenelg Sunset Bar has been operating for over 10 years. With summer coming we are looking to strenghten our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with professionalism and creativity

Maintain product knowledge on beverages, cocktail recipes, and wine lists

Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, clean, and presented at all times

Accurately process orders and handle transactions

Follow responsible service of alcohol (RSA) guidelines at all times

Support in bar setup, closing procedures, and stock management

Qualifications:

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification (essential)

Previous bartending or beverage service experience, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment

Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Flexibility to work across varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Valid Australian working rights
