We are seeking a land surveyor who is personable, practical, instils confidence in those around them and is able to communicate effectively with clients and other consultants. You will be predominantly dealing with land development and cadastral survey projects in addition to some engineering and construction surveying, such as intermittent work on building & construction projects, civil and structural set out.

You will be working initially with a small group of surveyors out of the Ballarat office, with the aim to expand the team to dominate this region. You will be supported by our senior Ballarat Survey Manager and there will be opportunities for career growth for the right candidate.

Candidates with a Degree or Diploma or excellent industry experience should apply.

Swanson Surveying is a multi-faceted Land Surveying business based in Ballarat, Geelong and Melbourne.

We specialise in Land Development and Engineering Surveying. The business operates under an externally audited Quality Management System, and we have an inhouse training program and documented procedures for developing all staff.

We also undertake UAV/Drone mapping, Laser scanning/3D modelling & Land Development projects.
