Job Description

Looking for a change of scenery and a FIFO role that still feels like home?
Newhaul is expanding our operations and seeking experienced MC Drivers to join our Cue-based FIFO team servicing our two Iron Ore mines in the Weld Range – Iron Ridge and W11.

This role operates on a continuous shuttle system between the mines and the transfer point near Cue, where Geraldton-based linehaul drivers take over to complete the haul to port.

Whats On Offer

• Base Rate $52.07 plus $3.42 site allowance
• Super paid on all hours
• Monthly performance bonuses up to $400 per month
• FIFO from Jandakot Airport (Perth) to Cue
• Comfortable, modern ensuite accommodation – with communal BBQ area, TV lounge, and fully equipped kitchen
• 6 Days / 6 Nights / 6 Off roster – rolling start times spread over 2 hours for smooth operations
• 3–4 runs per shift, 2.5–3 hours each (mine to transfer point and return)
• Strong team culture – 30 drivers, 3 supervisors, and a genuine sense of community
• Complimentary gym access in town
• All meals covered – cook your own with Geraldton food deliveries, pre-packed dinners, or visit the local pub

Qualifications

Current MC Licence

Proven experience operating quad side tippers or similar road train configurations

Commitment to safety, teamwork, and fatigue management

Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a close-knit site community

Ability to work 6/6/6 roster on FIFO ex-Perth basis
