The Opportunity

We are currently looking for several experienced and passionate Care Aides to join our Aged Care Team. We have a permanent part time employment opportunity offering 65 Hours Per fortnight with a Monday to Friday Roster between the Hours of 0730 and 1430. We also have a casual position available within the evening from 1200-1800,If you are available for this time period, We would love to hear from you!

About You

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, Disability is highly desirable, although not essential.
• Those with a relevant Certificate will require a minimum of 3 months relevant care worker experience. Those without a relevant Certificate will require a minimum of 6+ months relevant care worker experience (FTE).
• Experience working in a home care/community setting is highly desirable.
• A valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition, is essential.
• Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app, will be essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills are essential.
