About the role

Surface Pro Group is seeking a talented Synthetic Turf, Rubber and Acrylic Surfacing Installer to join our dynamic team in Molendinar, QLD. This is a casual role, offering full time hours as well as the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting commercial and residential projects across SEQ.

What you'll be doing

Accurately measuring, cutting and installing high-quality synthetic turf, rubber and acrylic surfaces

Preparing and levelling the substrate to ensure a smooth, professional finish

Utilising specialised tools and equipment to complete installations efficiently and to a high standard

Collaborating with the project manager and wider team to ensure deadlines are met

Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment at all times

Providing exceptional customer service and liaising with clients as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a synthetic turf, rubber or acrylic surfacing installer, or a similar trade role

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision

Good physical fitness and the capacity to undertake manual labour tasks

A keen eye for aesthetics and an understanding of design principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to get to our Molendinar shed each day

Current White Card certification is essential
