Our client is a family-owned leading engineering company that are manufacturers in structural steel frames within the construction industry.

Their work is within the education, government justice and defense industries fabricating steel frames from architecturally approved plans.

Operating for the past 30 years they are looking for EXPERIENCED structural steel fabricators to join their innovative and diverse team.

Their business is located in Pakenham however some off-site work may may ensue. Applicants must hold a white card (WWCC bonus)

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience in structural steel fabrication and welding

Ability to read and interpret drawings with precision

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Reliable, positive and team-focused attitude

Relevant trade qualifications (Boilermaker, Fabricator, or similar)

Holds a White Card

Duties include but not limited to:

Reading and interpreting detailed fabrication drawings

Cutting, assembling, and welding structural steel components

Working with a variety of steel sections and materials

Maintaining a safe and organized workspace

Contributing to the delivery of high-quality, on-time projects
