About the role

At CatholicCare, we’re looking for a passionate and committed Therapeutic Specialist to join our Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) team in West Gosford. If you're a Psychologist, Social Worker, OT, Counsellor, or Mental Health Nurse who wants more than just a job—this is your chance to be a change agent!

This role is a permanent full-time position or for someone looking at flexible work options, we will be able to offer the role at 4 days per week. Based in West Gosford, this will be a great opportunity for a Clinician to hone in on your clinical and therapeutic skills whilst helping young people heal from trauma and achieve positive life outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Administer psychometric assessments, analyse data and inform coach and guide behavioural advice based on information available.
• Facilitate reflective practice and trauma-informed support.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver impactful clinical services.

What You’ll Bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, OT, Mental Health Nursing or equivalent.
• Min. 2-3 years of experience working in a therapeutic or clinical setting.
• Post Graduate training in relevant child, adolescent and family clinical practice, or family therapy (strongly preferred).
• Current registration or eligibility to obtain registration, with the professional body relevant to the qualification. (We would welcome Provisional or Student registrations).
• A valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle.
