Civil Heavy Rigid General Operator – Tweed & Bray Park

We're looking for an experienced Civil Operator with a Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence to join our growing team, working across projects in Tweed and Bray Park, NSW.

At Retz, we deliver high-quality civil and hydraulic infrastructure. From stormwater drainage and sewer networks to bulk earthworks and subdivision works. You'll be part of a capable crew that values teamwork, safety and pride in doing things right the first time.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating HR vehicles and assisting with site works on stormwater, sewer and civil infrastructure projects

Supporting pipe laying crews with trenching, backfill and site prep

Daily pre-start checks and maintaining equipment standards

Working collaboratively within a high-performing team

What You'll Bring

Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence – essential

Experience operating on civil or infrastructure projects

Minimum 1-2 years of civil/infrastructure machinery operating experience

White Card

Strong focus on safety, communication and teamwork

Relevant plant operator tickets (excavator, skid steer, loader etc. – highly regarded)
