About the Role

In this role, you’ll work closely with our legal team and you will:

Provide Immigration legal advice and assistance appropriate for client needs

Draft legal submissions for applications and appeals

Ensure files are managed appropriately

Appear in courts and tribunals

Ensure timely and positive contact with clients

Ensure budgetary requirements are met from month to month

Coach and assist junior team members.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a legal professional who is:

An admitted Australian legal practitioner with a valid South Australian Practicing Certificate

Experienced: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Australian migration law

Client-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service

A team player with strong communication and relationship-building skills

Organized and deadline-driven with excellent time management

Able to work both independently and collaboratively

Motivated, proactive, and always aiming for high-quality outcomes

A second language is a plus but not essential
