About the Role
Applications are currently open for an Early Childhood Coordinator role in Shepparton. The Early Childhood Coordinator is responsible for working alongside families with children (0-8 years) who have developmental delay and/or diagnosed disability, to implement the NDIS Early Childhood approach.
In this rewarding role you will:
Establish and maintain effective and ongoing working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
Ensure services and functions are delivered in line with policies, systems and processes.
Work in a family-centred way, actively building the capacity of families and carers to meet their child’s developmental needs and achieve their goals.

This part-time role (45.6 hours per fortnight) is fixed term from the 5 January 2026 - 9 October 2026.
The role is classified under the Health Professionals Award Level 1.3, paid under the SCHCADS Award, with an hourly rate of $46.93 plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits.
