What you’ll do

Provide capacity-building therapy for clients ranging from children to adults, keeping your clinical work varied and engaging

Complete assessments (e.g., Functional Capacity, Sensory Profiles, Assistive Technology, Home Mods)

Build and deliver tailored intervention plans aligned to client goals

Collaborate with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team

Manage your caseload with support, not stress

About you

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration

1+ year experience preferred (new grads with strong placements welcome to apply)

Comfortable working with Autism, Intellectual Disability, Psychosocial Disability, Physical Disability, Mental Health

Strong communicator; organised; values teamwork and client outcomes

Driver’s licence + own car; happy to travel

Applicants will require: NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, Police Check, and current First Aid/CPR.

Nice to have

Experience selecting and administering OT assessment tools (and knowing when to use them)

NDIS documentation confidence (we’ll support you if you’re building this muscle)
