In this role you will:

Greet customers on vehicle “off-hire” and “on-hire” occasions; process the vehicle through detailed inspection, linen & kitchen removal, full interior/exterior clean, re-pack with hamper and extras.

Manage our fleet behind the scenes: coordinate servicing, repairs and modifications, maintain vehicle presentation and readiness.

Drive vehicles to/from our airport transfer location as needed.

Maintain inventory of linen, kitchen sets, hampers and extras, and ensure depot zones are clean, organised and efficient.

Represent our brand: delivering service and presentation to match our premium positioning in the tourism market.

Who we’re after:

Must be 25+ years of age.

Previous mechanical experience or vehicle detailing background strongly preferred.

Skilled in customer-facing situations (you will meet and hand-over customers).

Comfortable with physical labour, detailed vehicle cleaning, and working in a fast-paced, busy depot environment.

Full Australian driver’s licence, clean record, comfortable driving 4×4 vehicles.

Eager to learn, grow and become part of a small but growing business.

Able to work the odd weekend or public holiday.

What you’ll get:
