About the Role

As a Level 1 FOH Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face of Get Chunky — delivering exceptional service while keeping our stores running smoothly.

Your key responsibilities include:

Serving customers with confidence, warmth, and speed

Making and serving drinks (coffee, milkshakes)

Scooping and serving ice cream to perfection

Keeping the store clean, tidy, and inviting throughout the day

What We’re Looking For

A positive attitude and a genuine love for customer service

Great communication and teamwork skills

Reliability and a willingness to learn

Barista or hospitality experience is a plus (but not essential — we provide training!)
