Picker/Packer & Delivery Driver Position

Based at Bibra Lake

Immediate Start

Full Time casual position leading to permanent after qualifying period

EVOO Quality Foods, a family-owned wholesale food distributor based in Bibra Lake, is seeking a reliable and experienced picker/packer and delivery driver to join our team. We supply wholesale food products to a variety of businesses, including local restaurants, cafes, catering companies, hotels and more across the Perth Metro area.

The Role:

Your main responsibility will be to ensure our products are picked, packed and delivered safely, on time and in excellent condition. You will represent EVOO Quality Foods, providing friendly and efficient service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack and deliver products (including chilled and frozen products) to customers as per invoice requirements

To undertake all duties in a safe, responsible and courteous manner

Understanding of WHS - (Please detail this in your resume)

Correctly present paperwork as per company procedures

Meet deadlines daily

Keep work space and delivery truck clean and tidy

Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications

Must hold a WA Class MR (medium rigid) or higher WA Driver's Licence (ESSENTIAL)

Must be a permanent resident of Australia (ESSENTIAL)

Physically fit with the ability to load and unload truck within safety guidelines

Must be able to work early morning starts and occasional Saturday morning shifts (Every 2nd or 3rd Saturday morning)

A good understanding of transport operations (preferably in the food service industry)

Excellent knowledge of Perth metro area

Multi Drop delivery experience is a plus

Ability to work overtime when required

Good communication, time and organisational skills

Highly motivated, flexible with a solid work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to deal with customer feedback

Ability to learn a broad range of products quickly

Excellent numeracy skills

A "CAN DO ATTITUDE" - (ESSENTIAL)

Must be available over the summer months

Contract drivers with their own refrigerated truck are encouraged to apply.
