They are currently seeking an experienced Group Inventory & Replenishment Manager to lead its inventory strategy, planning, and purchasing operations. Based in Melbourne, this senior position plays a pivotal role in ensuring stock optimisation, supply continuity, and data-driven efficiency across a broad network of retail and distribution locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inventory strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce overstocks or shortages
• Oversee forecasting and replenishment to improve accuracy, visibility, and efficiency's
• Manage supplier relationships and purchasing across multiple sites
• Monitor inventory budgets and performance against key metrics
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations to align stock levels
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
• Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency
• Support national distribution operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and best practice inventory controls

About You:

To be considered for the role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience working in an FMCG or Manufacturing environment would be advantageous
• Extensive experience as an inventory or supply chain leader
• Capability managing complex and multi-site operations
• Strong analytical skills
• Hands-on leadership
• Expert skills in forecasting, ERP management, and supplier engagement
