About the role

We’re seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher (2–3 days/week, 8:15am–1:30pm) who:

· Champions play-based, child-led learning

· Embraces nature pedagogy and inquiry-based approaches

· Builds strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

· Is reflective, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning

· Can contribute to high-quality documentation and innovative practice

What you’ll do:

· Create engaging, play-based learning experiences

· Observe, assess, and document children’s progress

· Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and curiosity-driven environment

· Communicate effectively with families

· Collaborate with our passionate team

· Ensure compliance with EYLF, NQF, and all regulations

What we’re looking for:

· Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)

· Experience in preschool or daycare settings

· Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and child development

· Current WWCC, TRBWA registration, First Aid (including Anaphylaxis & Asthma), and Child Protection training

· Valid Australian work rights
