About the Role
We are inviting applications from experienced office administrators to join our growing school community. This role ensures the smooth daily operation of the campus by managing staff scheduling, covering classes, and supporting front office functions in a professional and welcoming environment.
The Daily Organiser coordinates teacher coverage and daily timetables across the College, liaising with staff to arrange replacements, room changes, exam supervision, and relief for excursions and events. Working closely with the Campus Principal, the role ensures communication runs seamlessly and that the school day operates without disruption. As Front Office Support Officer, you will greet visitors, manage enquiries, assist with administrative tasks, maintain records, and provide vital support to the broader school team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily staffing, including contacting absent staff and arranging relief teachers.
Organise exam timetables, duty rosters, and supervision schedules.
Communicate daily announcements and schedule updates to staff.
Support front office operations, greeting visitors, managing phones and emails, and applying first aid to students.
Work collaboratively to ensure efficient, professional service to the school community.

Essential Criteria
Certificate II or higher in Customer Contact, or Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or similar qualification.
Well-developed interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
Flexibility and an ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to work with a variety of IT software platforms.
A commitment to the mission, vision, and core values of the College.
South Australian teacher registration.
Working with Children Check.
