Trade Counter & Customer Service Officer

You'll assist trade and retail customers, manage orders through an ERP system, provide product information, and occasionally lend a hand in the warehouse. About the Role
Based at the trade counter, you'll be the first point of contact for customers - assisting walk-ins, answering telephone and email enquiries, providing quotes, and processing orders using the company's ERP system.
No two days are the same, with opportunities to support warehouse operations, pick and pack orders, and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations.
This is an ideal role for someone multi-skilled, patient, and customer-focused - with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers at the trade counter with professionalism and knowledge
- Respond to enquiries via telephone and email, providing accurate information
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage returns using their new ERP system (must have previous ERP experience).
- Support warehouse operations, including picking and packing orders (up to 20kg) when needed
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth operations
What We're Looking For
- Experience in trade counter, customer service, or internal sales roles
- Strong communication skills - confident, patient, and solutions-oriented
- Experience using ERP or CRM systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Hands-on, adaptable, and willing to step into warehouse tasks
- Forklift licence is a bonus
Hours
- Monday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
- Tuesday to Friday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
