About the Role:
Step into a role that’s more than just driving - become a Delivery Route Jumper with our Service Delivery team. Unlike a standard Service Delivery Person assigned to a regular route, you’ll be our go-to resource, stepping in wherever you’re needed most. Your adaptability and leadership will ensure smooth operations when covering for absent team members, while keeping service seamless for our customers

What We’re Looking For:
• Valid MR Driver’s Licence & Physical Fitness: You’ll be on the move all day, loading, unloading, and driving an MR truck.
• Exceptional Flexibility & Adaptability: This is the heart of the Route Jumper role. Plans change daily, and you’ll need to adjust quickly, step into new routes, and keep operations running smoothly no matter what the day brings.
• Customer Service Focus: You’ll interact with customers regularly, so professionalism, reliability, and a friendly attitude are essential.
• Tech Confidence: Comfortable using IT equipment and smartphones to manage deliveries, schedules, and route changes.
• Organisational Skills & Attention to Detail: Juggling changing plans requires someone who can stay organised, think ahead, and ensure every customer’s needs are met.

You will need:

To be physically fit

A valid MR Driver’s Licence

A great attitude with a mindset to deliver a great service

A good working knowledge of Smart Phones/Tablets

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience in working on your own on a multi-drop run and meeting delivery deadlines

Prior experience in a Customer Service, Delivery Driver or Furniture Removal type roles will assist you to get up and running quickly in your new role but is not essential.
