What You’ll Do

As part of our supportive, multidisciplinary team, you’ll:

Deliver assessments across physical, cognitive, functional and psychosocial areas

Provide tailored, evidence-based therapy plans

Support NDIS community referrals with therapy, assessments, and reports

Undertake Occupational Rehabilitation services and assist with return-to-work outcomes

Complete National Panel of Assessors (NPA) functional capacity and activities of daily living assessments

Deliver therapy in diverse settings — clinic, home, school, workplace, community or via telehealth

Support and educate clients, families and carers

Collaborate with allied health, medical and employment service providers

Maintain clear, compliant clinical documentation

Contribute to service development and innovation

What You’ll Need

Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

AHPRA registration (or eligibility)

Experience in clinical, community, occupational rehabilitation and/or NDIS settings

Confidence in conducting functional capacity and evidence-based assessments

Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills

Comfort using telehealth platforms (for remote roles)

A client-first, outcome-focused approach

Willingness to grow within a supportive team
