The Role
The Senior Collections Officer will be sitting within a dynamic team who are results driven whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Handling high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Managing debt recovery and negotiating solutions
• Assessing, reviewing and analysing documents relating to customer collection status and ageing reports
• Understanding of hardship and legal aspects of recoveries

The Candidate
The successful candidate will be considered with:

• You will have a proven track record with a minimum of 3-5 years minimum collections experience
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• A strong relationship builder with the ability to influence stakeholders
