We’re seeking a Factory Labourer to join a well-established concrete pre-fabrication facility in Beaudesert. This is a hands-on, long-term opportunity within a growing business that has plenty of work ahead.

You’ll assist with all aspects of concrete production — from preparing moulds and pouring concrete to finishing and moving completed panels. Ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work, take pride in their output, and want stable, ongoing employment with opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily pre-cast concrete production and finishing
• Prepare moulds, pour concrete, and strip panels safely and efficiently
• Operate hand tools, vibrating equipment, and lifting gear
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment
• Support production targets and team goals

What You’ll Bring

• Local to Beaudesert and surrounding suburbs is advantageous
• Reliable vehicle – must have your own transport
• Physically fit and ready for hands-on labour
• Experience in concreting, pre-cast, or factory work (preferred)
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
• Willingness to work overtime when required

Salary & Benefits

• $32.10 per hour + super
• 5am starts, 8–10 hour days, Monday to Friday
