Counter Salesperson Wanted

Are you an enthusiastic people person with a knack for customer service? We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Counter Salesperson to join our busy industrial retail store in Dublin.

About the Role

As a Counter Salesperson, you’ll be the face of the store, greeting customers with a friendly attitude and helping them find the products they need. You’ll provide advice on our wide range of industrial tools and equipment, process sales, and keep the counter area tidy and organized.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve customers promptly and professionally at the counter

· Offer product advice and recommendations

· Process cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately

· Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks

· Maintain a clean and safe workspace

· Handle phone enquiries and basic admin tasks

About You

· Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service (industrial sector preferred)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

· Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems

· Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
