The Centre

Kinder Kare is a family owned, purpose-built, modern and freshly renovated long day care service that caters for children from 0-12 years of age between 6:30 to 6:30 Monday to Friday. We are a busy centre licensed for 71 places and we have a highly qualified team to support individuals wanting to commence a career in early education by working full-time and achieving their Certificate III qualification at the same time.

The Role

A full-time role in a longstanding and highly reputable centre

About You

You are at least 18 years or older

You have a friendly and courteous nature and are committed to caring for children of all ages, cultures, social-economic and individual backgrounds

You contribute to a positive work culture where the main priority to is to continuously improve and make children feel safe and families feel well accommodated

You are committed to maintaining daily routines and administrative tasks

You are eager to learn about industry compliance and maintaining it

You maintaining health and safety standards, and are actively aware of risk minimisation

You hold a current Working with Children check

Did you know as of July 1 2022, as a trainee you will get paid $1250 every 6 months from the government on top of your trainee wage?

You also get access to a Living away from home allowance. Up to 12 months of support at $77.17 per week, and a further 12 months assistance for the second year at $38.59 per week. A third year of assistance is also available at $25 per week.
