The Role
As Director – Building Surveying (QLD), you will:

  • Lead the QLD business unit, ensuring operational, financial, and technical excellence.
  • Mentor and develop senior and junior staff across multiple disciplines.
  • Oversee compliance with Building Code of Australia, state legislation, and internal quality standards.
  • Drive business growth through client relationship management and strategic expansion.
  • Lead high-complexity projects, providing technical oversight and guidance.
  • Represent the company at board and executive level, contributing to strategy and decision-making.
  • Open to candidates from Gold Coast, Brisbane or Sunshine Coast

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Building Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in building surveying or leadership/management within the building, compliance, or construction sector.
  • Unrestricted accreditation and relevant industry memberships in QLD.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a proven record in financial performance and growth.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Inspires teams to deliver technical excellence, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
