Cleaning Operatives - Caloundra Shopping Centre

Trident Services Australia is excited to announce our expansion to Caloundra Shopping Centre, with operations commencing 10th of November 2025.

We’re currently seeking motivated and reliable Cleaning Operatives to join our team in various roles. Whether you're looking for full-time stability or flexible casual work, we have positions available to suit you.

Duties will include:

• General cleaning of retail areas, food courts, amenities, and public spaces
• Maintaining hygiene standards in high-traffic zones
• Identifying and reporting hazards or maintenance issues
• Working to daily cleaning schedules independently and in a team

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous commercial or retail cleaning experience (preferred)
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Good communication and time management skills
• Availability to work across a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays and nights.
