Join a leading WA drilling contractor working on a major gold mining project in the Goldfields.

HPS Recruitment is seeking experienced and motivated Driller Offsiders to support RC (Reverse Circulation) drilling operations on a six-month project, with potential for ongoing work.

About the Role

• Location: Goldfields Region, WA (DIDO – approximately four hours south of Perth)
• Roster: DIDO only
• Duration: Six-month project (until April)
• Rate: $500 per day
• Accommodation: Caravan accommodation and meals provided

You will work alongside an experienced RC drilling crew on a high-profile gold exploration project. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your career within the mining sector.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist drillers with RC drilling operations
• Operate and maintain drilling support equipment
• Handle and load drill rods, samples, and core trays
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
• Follow all site safety procedures and policies
• Support the drilling team with daily operational tasks

Requirements

• HR Licence (Heavy Rigid) – essential
• Minimum six months drilling or offsiding experience
• National Police Clearance – desirable
• Valid driver’s licence
• Physically fit and able to work in remote conditions
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
