Production Team Members & Forklift Operators

$30+ per hour (based on experience & licensing) | Full-time, Permanent | Immediate Start

We’re currently seeking skilled Production Team Members to join a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of construction products supporting the construction industry.

You’ll be part of a strong team that takes pride in quality, safety, and teamwork — helping move, prepare, and process engineered timber products that are used across major building projects nationwide.

Monday–Friday roster (no weekends)

About the Role

You’ll be part of the yard and production team, assisting with:

Safely operating forklifts to load/unload trucks and move timber products

Handling long loads and engineered wood materials

Preparing, cutting, and packaging timber orders

General yard and housekeeping duties

Ideally, you’ll have:

A current forklift licence (essential)

Proven experience in a yard, warehouse, or manufacturing setting

Confidence handling long loads and working safely with timber products

Reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
