The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our leadership team and drive operational excellence within our modern, high-volume workshop.
This is a hands-on role for a detail-driven professional who can deliver accurate assessments, communicate clearly, and ensure every repair meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed vehicle assessments and prepare accurate damage reports

Create precise, timely quotes using Audatex, iBodyshop, and insurer platforms

Liaise with customers, insurance partners, and suppliers to maintain clarity and trust

Coordinate closely with workshop staff to ensure workflow efficiency

Oversee compliance with repair and safety standards

Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
