About the positions

We have multiple ongoing casual Production Worker opportunities on Day & Afternoon shifts based at the Marleston site for this highly regarded company. This is a perfect opportunity for those only seeking 2-3 shifts a week! You may be required to work on the production lines and work in cleaning areas. There are various positions available based on knowledge, skills, and experience. There may be potential for contract extension.

Candidates will be provided with appropriate training to enable them to build the skills required for the roles undertaken.

All employees have access to the canteen, on-site car parking, Arnott's discount biscuit shop, and social club.

Essential requirements

• An understanding of team, safety, and quality operating principles
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work as part of a team
• Strong performance and attendance history with reliable transport to shifts
• Work well under pressure in a busy environment
• Must be comfortable with on-call work
• High levels of energy and enthusiasm for learning new skills
• Eligible to work in Australia
• (Day Shift) Ability to work between the hours of 6:00am to 2:45pm
• (Afternoon Shift) Ability to work between the hours of 2:00pm to 10:00pm
• Available to work on these days at the minimum: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays

Desirable requirements

• Production experience
• Previous machine operating experience in a similar industry is highly desirable
• Hand packing experience
• Able to attend 5 days of paid training (consecutive days)
• Weekend Availability is a bonus - potential for weekend work!
• Flexibility to work across other shifts
