Penrith Gaels Club is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Reception Host to join our front-of-house team. This is a great opportunity to work in a friendly, community-focused club where no two days are the same!

About the Role

As the Reception Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and guests — creating a warm and professional welcome to the Club. You’ll assist with general enquiries, check-ins, member sign-ups, promotions, and occasional announcements over the microphone.

You’ll also support daily operations through accurate computer-based tasks and coordination with other departments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service at all times

Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner

Confidently make announcements and host promotions via microphone

Maintain accurate records, cash handling, and membership data

Support Club operations, including compliance and event assistance

Work effectively as part of a close-knit team

Skills & Experience

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong computer literacy and attention to detail

Confident and comfortable using a microphone

Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and evenings

Bar or gaming experience is highly advantageous
