Midcoastbrickwork' is seeking an experienced Bricklayer to join our growing team in Adelaide, SA. This is a casual position, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. What you'll be doing

Laying bricks, blocks and other masonry materials to construct walls, foundations, and other structures

Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate construction

Measuring, cutting, and shaping bricks and blocks to fit specific project requirements

Ensuring the quality and structural integrity of the work performed

Collaborating with other tradespeople to coordinate construction activities

Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Bricklayer, with a strong understanding of building codes and construction standards

Minimum of 1-2 years of bricklaying experience is required for this position

Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

Comfortable working in a team environment and collaborating with other tradespeople

Commitment to safety and a strong attention to detail

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

Candidates must be Australian citizens only to be eligible for this position

A trade qualification is preferred for this bricklaying role
