What You'll Be Doing

As Product Development Manager, you'll oversee the full product development lifecycle, from the initial concept through to approved production-ready samples. You'll manage third-party manufacturers, coordinate testing and compliance, and keep detailed records to ensure complete visibility at every stage. You will be working closely with with an internal innovation lead to align client expectations with delivery.

What Experience You'll Need

• Proven experience in product development, NPD, or manufacturing project management
• Background in beauty, skincare, wellness, or FMCG is preferred
• Strong understanding of testing, formulation, and compliance (TGA/cosmetic experience ideal)
• Highly organised, detail-driven, and confident communicator
