HR Coordinator / Specialist - Luxury Brand

12 month Fixed Term Contract

On behalf of our client, we are very excited to be supporting them in sourcing an experienced HR Coordinator/ Specialist, based out of their beautiful Sydney office.

Working with a leading global brand you will work alongside the HR Manager and support the wider business in daily HR functions.

Key responsibilities will include;

preparation of payroll (fortnightly and monthly)

advertising, interviewing and hiring of talent for retail stores and support office

on-boarding and off-boarding of employees

running induction and employee engagement activities

attending employee hearings, appraisals, reviews etc

remains fully compliant in local, state and federal laws and regulations

reviews policies and procedures, to update accordingly

assisting with special projects

Attributes;

qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant Degree

ideally 2-3 years HR experience

excellent written and verbal communication skills

retail experience and/ or strong understanding of retail and retail laws and reward

previous payroll experience and experience with a payroll system

proficient with MS Office package in particular Excel proficiency

Excellent company culture with a global focus. Salary on offer is $85'000 + super + incentives.
