About the role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Jetski Tour Guide / Instructor to join our team in Cairns.
You’ll be responsible for leading guided tours, ensuring all guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.

Lead guided jetski tours 4–5 days per week (on consecutive days – set schedule, specific days negotiable)

Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times

Provide commentary and excellent customer service during tours

Assist with jetski preparation, basic maintenance

About you

Experience operating jetskis and/or working as an instructor or tour guide

Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Personal Watercraft Licence (PWC) and First Aid Certificate

Confident, safety-conscious, and able to lead a group on the water

Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Fun, outgoing, and passionate about creating great guest experiences

Available for a minimum of 4+ months

This role counts towards the 88 days regional work requirement
