The Role:
As Customer Service Manager, you’ll play a hands-on leadership role, ensuring every guest experience reflects our high standards of service and hospitality.
Your responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily club operations across gaming, dining, bar, and events.
Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated frontline team.
Acting as Customer Service Manager on shift, handling operations, service quality, and conflict resolution.
Monitoring service levels and identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.
Supporting compliance and implementing policies that keep our venue safe, efficient, and enjoyable.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hospitality or Club management role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Solid understanding of NSW gaming and liquor regulations.
Proven problem-solving ability and professionalism under pressure.
RSA & RSG certification (and ability to obtain a Police Check).
A passion for teamwork, community, and delivering an exceptional member experience.
