We're on the hunt for a new Physiotherapist Friend to join our team in late Jan/Early Feb 2026! We work with children with developmental delay, disability and musculoskeletal injuries/pain who are primarily aged 0-7 years old. We are open to both new graduate therapists, experienced Paediatric Physiotherapists or therapists from other sub-areas looking to transition into Paediatrics. We provide extensive mentoring and training to help our team provide the best evidence based care to our kiddos.

About us:

We are on a mission to raise the bar of paediatric therapy in Canberra. We have seen too many children participate in years of ongoing weekly therapy and have seen too many therapists get burnt out with repetitive caseloads. We provide (actual) evidence based practice to support children to thrive and achieve their gross motor goals.

We are committed to keeping up with new evidence and implementing it immediately into our practice to ensure we provide the best possible treatment. We are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with families and their relevant medical/allied health team to support the child and family to achieve the best outcome.

We are searching for a like-minded therapist to take on a diverse case load of children. We have a large transient client load of babies with developmental milestone delay, older children with musculoskeletal concerns and kiddos with incontinence concerns. We also support children longer term for concerns with developmental delay or disability (neurological, neuromuscular, rare-genetic).

Currently, we are a small (fun and youthful) team consisting of 6 Physiotherapists, 1 Occupational Therapist (soon to be 2), 3 Allied Health Assistants and Administration Support. We are looking for someone who matches our vibe and shares our joy of working with families. We are keen to hear from both new graduate physiotherapists and experienced physiotherapists wanting to switch to a career in paediatric therapy.

Our team have their lunchbreak scheduled at the same time (none of that working through lunch business)

We have scheduled admin time to ensure work stays in work time.

We love to hang out as a team and live for the drama (specifically the MAFS drama - not much longer till a new season arrives hopefully!)

We value monetary renumeration - we all have bills to pay!

We are looking for someone:

With a Physiotherapy degree, AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Who has an open drivers license

Who has a Working with Vulnerable Peoples card in both ACT and NSW (or willingness to obtain)

Who is open to learning new things, enjoys a coffee + walk and enjoys working in a collaborative team

Competitive Renumeration Package pending experience including 78k-110k Salary + Superannuation + 2.5k FTE Professional Development allowance
