We’re looking for an experienced Osteopath with a passion with multi-disciplinary care to join our growing team at Kinematics!
Kinematics is more than just an osteo clinic - we’re building a new model of multidisciplinary care where our vision is to pioneer elite care for everyday performers, and lead the industry toward a more inclusive, effective, and rewarding model of healthcare.
We believe the future of allied health depends on a committed, collaborative team focused on clinical excellence and continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to innovative programs and make a real impact alongside like-minded professionals.
Why Join Kinematics?
Aspirational vision: Be part of a clinic that’s shaping the future of healthcare, with exciting projects like youth athlete development, professional education pathways, and expanded movement-based services.
Career growth: Transparent progression pathways from Practitioner ➝ Senior Practitioner ➝ Expanded responsibilities + Leadership opportunities (with mentoring and coaching along the way).
Collaborative culture: Work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team (physios, osteos, remedial massage therapists and myotherapists) within a supportive leadership framework (Ops Manager, Practice Manager, Growth Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and Clinical Development Leads).
Learning environment: Regular 1:1 mentoring and team development sessions.
Stability: Opportunity for a permanent employed role, including paid annual leave, sick leave, public holidays, and superannuation.
Amazing workplace: Light-filled spaces, two fully equipped Pilates studios, 100sqm gym, infrared sauna, coffee machine, and a team culture that actually walks the talk.
Perks: Free sauna access + 50% off all treatments.
What the Role Looks Like
Delivering longer, high-quality consults (60-minute initial/30-45-minute follow-ups) to achieve better client outcomes without burnout.
Work across a diverse caseload - musculoskeletal, rehabilitation, and performance-focused clients in close collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
Minimum 30 hours per week, with a full-time option available. Saturday availability preferred.
Flexible start date (end 2025-early 2026)
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Osteopath (AHPRA registered) - ideally 2+ years’ experience in private practice.
A holistic, client-centred practitioner who values both hands-on therapy and exercise rehab.
Exceptional communicator who thrives in a team-first, growth-focused environment.
Passion for learning, professional development, and living an active lifestyle.
What We Offer
Competitive and transparent remuneration, with clear progression pathways (negotiable depending on experience).
Higher consult fees to reflect longer appointment times and clinical excellence.
Recognition and reward for high performance (additional 20k annual earning potential in monthly bonuses).
The chance to make an impact - not just in the clinic, but in shaping the future of Kinematics.
