What We’re Looking For:

- Keen to learn and grow within the renewable energy field

- Ability to work independently with initiative

- Strong work ethic and commitment

- White Card / Construction Induction Card (preferred but not essential)

- Working at Heights Ticket (preferred but not essential)

- Full Driver’s License (preferred but not essential)

- Solar installation experience (preferred, but training provided if needed)

Key Responsibilities:

- Support in planning and setting up solar installation projects

- Lead daily on-site activities, ensuring smooth project progress

- Proactively solve problems and ask questions to ensure quality work

- Maintain and care for tools and equipment for efficiency

- Assist electricians with various tasks, contributing to successful project execution
