Production Labourers – Eagle Farm

Our client is seeking hardworking and reliable Production Labourers to join a busy manufacturing team based in Eagle Farm. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking for consistent work with excellent pay rates with overtime available.

About the Role:
You will play a hands-on role in the production process, working as part of a team to ensure smooth and safe operations. Daily tasks will include:

Manually lifting 20–25kg bags of product from pallets onto trolleys and moving them into production areas

Using a hoist to assist in feeding products and ingredients into hoppers

Carrying out cleaning and drying of production machinery, particularly Monday mornings before shifts begin

Hours & Pay:

Monday to Thursday, 5:00am – 1:00pm (with no overtime)

Monday & Tuesdays with Overtime available: 1:00pm – 4:00pm Daily

$32.25 per hour (ordinary time)

$48.52 per hour (overtime)

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or production environment

Strong work ethic – reliable, punctual, and ready to commit to early starts

Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting of up to 20-25kg

Safety-focused with good communication skills

Own transport to get to Eagle Farm site

Must have PPE: steel cap boots and hi-vis shirt
